Hi!

I’m Mary Ryan — yes, it is two first names — but my friends call me MR! Welcome to my portfolio.

I am a creative currently based in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from CU Boulder in 2024 and while I love the mountains I missed the ocean. I am the daughter of a Naval Aviator and spent the first 18 years of my life moving coast to coast, so being land-locked for 4 years was enough time for me!

I have always loved finding new ways to be creative — I consider myself a “hobby-hopper”. Some of my recent projects have included: crochet, knitting, diamond paintings, and cross-stitch. Have yet to finish any of those projects but making good (slow) progress on all of them!

When I am not cosplaying a grandma, I love to get up and get active! I grew up as a competitive athlete, the kind that went from school to practice to another practice and had just enough time for dinner and homework before bed. Nowadays I am always looking for new ways to move, whether it is yoga on my deck, a hike in the hills, or discovering a new workout class!
